Pat's communication skills and concern for others were honed as a basketball coach. Following coaching, Pat developed several national marketing companies in the telecommunications industry, such as Black Box Network Services.

Pat's heart for at-risk youth, the underserved and displaced workers has led her to look for solutions to today's healthcare challenges. 

Mark Sondles

 Mark entered the insurance industry after attending Grove City College in Grove City, PA. He was regional marketing manager for Westfield Insurance Company based in Westfield Center, Ohio.

Mark has three decades of insurance experience in marketing, sales and underwriting, and has created, implemented and managed regional and national marketing campaigns for various insurance organizations.

Prior to establishing WorkForce Benefits with Pat, Mark ran the insurance operation of a large southeastern employers association.
